PRIVACY POLICY FOR MEMBERS, DONORS AND PARTICIPANTS

In compliance with current legislation on the protection of personal data, we inform you of the following:

01. Responsible for the processing of your personal data

The responsible party is Asoc Be Social Project, hereinafter BE SOCIAL PROJECT with address at C/Un Americano en Paris, nº15 – 5ºA – 50019 Zaragoza, Spain.

03. How we have obtained your personal data

If we have not had a relationship with you before, we will obtain your data through this form and we will process it together with the data you provide us with during your relationship with us.

If we have had a previous relationship with you, we have obtained the data we have through your previous relationship with BE SOCIAL PROJECT or through your current relationship with our organisation, either as a member, as a donor, as a purchaser or buyer of our solidarity cards or as a participant in any of our activities, or because you have asked us to send you information about our activities, projects and initiatives, and you have therefore voluntarily provided us with your data.

04. What personal data we process

The data we will process about you for the legitimate purposes explained below are as follows:

-. Data necessary to maintain the relationship with you: name, surname, ID number, email, telephone, postal address, financial contribution/purchase made.

We also inform you that we will process any additional data that you voluntarily provide us with during future relations and interactions that you maintain with BE SOCIAL PROJECT, including those that you provide us with through a social network or other application. These data depend on your own privacy settings, use of the social network or application, as well as the privacy policies of each social network or application, so we recommend that you read them carefully before providing us with data through such social networks or applications.

05. What we process your personal data for

In order to fulfil our founding objectives of improving education and nutrition, we process the data of our members, donors and participants for the following purposes:

-. To send information about BE SOCIAL PROJECT via SMS, telephone, post, instant messaging, email even when our relationship has ended unless the person concerned states otherwise.
-. To ask for donations, fee increases and other types of participation (e.g. the purchase of solidarity gifts).
-. Manage the relationship with you.
-. Invite you to talks, events or activities that BE SOCIAL PROJECT participates in or organises.
-. Conducting satisfaction surveys.
-. Manage the promotional activity that you organise in favour of our organisation.
-. Basic profiling activities, based on the information you have directly provided us with, and aimed at ensuring the proper management of the above activities.
-. Profiling, based on information that you have directly provided to us, that you have made public or that is publicly available, in order to ensure the proper management of the above activities. Profiling is not used, under any circumstances, for the adoption of automated decisions that have legal or other effects that may affect you: all our decision-making processes involve people.

In addition, we also process your data for the purpose of sending, including by electronic means, promotional communications about activities, projects and initiatives of a similar nature to those in which you have previously participated. The person concerned may object to receiving this type of communication, now or at any other time, by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address hola@besocialproject.com or by sending a request to our postal address, for the attention of the Data Protection Delegate.

06. Why we may process your personal data

The processing of your personal data related to the maintenance of your relationship with BE SOCIAL PROJECT as partners, donors and participants is legitimate as it is necessary to fulfil the contractual obligations arising from this relationship. The processing of your personal data for the purpose of sending promotional information about BE SOCIAL PROJECT activities, projects or initiatives similar to those in which you have participated is in the legitimate interest of our organisation and is authorised by the regulations in force.

The data we will process for the legitimate purposes explained below are limited to your corporate contact details relating to the company, entity or organisation you work for or with which you collaborate.

We process your corporate contact details for the sole purpose of maintaining the commercial, contractual or collaborative relationships that BE SOCIAL PROJECT maintains with the company, entity or organisation for which you work or with which you collaborate.

In addition, we also process your data to send, including by electronic means, communications about activities, projects and initiatives of a similar nature to those in which you have previously participated or about which you have requested information from us or have sent a request to our organisation.

You may object to receiving this type of communication, now or at any other time, by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address hola@besocialproject.com or by sending a request to our postal address, for the attention of the Data Protection Delegate.

09. Why we may process your personal data

The processing of your corporate contact data related to the maintenance of the relationship of the company, entity or organisation for which you work or collaborate with BE SOCIAL PROJECT responds to a legitimate interest of our entity, expressly recognised by privacy regulations.

The processing of your personal data for the purpose of sending information about BE SOCIAL PROJECT activities, projects or initiatives similar to those in which you have participated, is in the legitimate interest of our organisation and is authorised by the regulations in force.


10. When and for what reason we may disclose your data to third parties

Your data may be transferred to public administrations in order to comply with the legal obligations to which BE SOCIAL PROJECT is subject due to its activity. – Those transfers to third parties that are necessary to comply with the obligations arising from the projects, activities and initiatives in which you voluntarily participate.

If in the future BE SOCIAL PROJECT carries out other transfers of personal data, we will inform you in due course.

11. International transfer of data

BE SOCIAL PROJECT may engage the services of providers located in countries outside the European Economic Area, on the basis of European Commission adequacy decisions.
